Mediterranean

Lemon Garlic Salmon with Couscous is a delightful dish that combines the rich flavors of salmon with the zesty tang of lemon and the aromatic essence of garlic. This dish has its roots in Mediterranean cuisine, where the use of fresh herbs and citrus flavors is prominent. Renowned chefs like Jamie Oliver and Ina Garten have popularized this dish, infusing it with their own unique twists. The best versions of this dish can be found in coastal regions where fresh salmon is abundant. The key to perfecting this dish lies in the quality of the salmon and the balance of flavors in the lemon garlic marinade. For a delicious alternative, consider grilling the salmon for a smoky flavor.
