  • Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
