Instructions

  • Thread the peeled and deveined shrimp onto skewers, brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
