Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Thread the peeled and deveined shrimp onto skewers, brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, brush them with the garlic butter sauce and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley.
