Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

- Place the sea bass fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
- Remove the sea bass from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the grilled sea bass with 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley before serving.
