Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Brush both sides of the halibut fillets with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the halibut fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the halibut from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
