Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Brush both sides of the halibut fillets with the olive oil mixture.
  • Place the halibut fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the halibut from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
