  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • While the chicken is resting, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together.
  • Toast the bread slices on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side, until lightly golden brown.
  • Spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  • Assemble the sandwiches by layering the grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and cheddar cheese on top of the bread slices with the spread.
  • Top with the remaining bread slices and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately. Enjoy!
