Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place the boneless chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
