Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Gently fold in the green tea powder and sour cream. Pour filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
