  • Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the bacon in a separate skillet until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • Place the beef patties on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • While the patties are cooking, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  • When the burgers are almost done, spread the pimento cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt slightly.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
  • Assemble the burgers by spreading the sauce on the bottom half of each bun, then adding a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a patty with melted pimento cheese, 2 slices of bacon, and a few slices of avocado. Top with the other half of the bun.
  • Serve the burgers immediately and enjoy!
