Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Divide the cheese mixture evenly between the two slices of bread in the skillet.
- Top each with the remaining 2 slices of bread, buttered side up.
