Instructions

  • Rinse the strawberries and pat them dry with paper towels. Make sure they are completely dry before dipping in chocolate.
  • In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted dark chocolate, swirling to coat evenly. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In another heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Using a spoon, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate-covered strawberries in a zigzag pattern.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  • Once the chocolate is set, transfer the strawberries to a serving plate and enjoy!
