Cubano Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Cuban bread, cut in half lengthwise
- 4 slices of ham
- 8 slices of roasted pork
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 8 dill pickle slices
- 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or a large skillet over medium heat.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on one half of the Cuban bread, then layer with 2 slices of ham, 4 slices of roasted pork, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, and 4 pickle slices. Close the sandwich with the other half of the Cuban bread.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the outside of the top half of the sandwich and place it in the preheated panini press or skillet, buttered side down.
- Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter on the outside of the bottom half of the sandwich and close the press or place a heavy skillet on top to press the sandwich down.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove the sandwich from the press or skillet, cut in half, and serve hot.
