Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with the spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup of honey and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to make the glaze.
- After 25 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and brush the honey glaze over the chicken thighs.
- Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
