Ingredients
- 4 Costco chicken burgers
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the Costco chicken burgers on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Dijon mustard to make the sauce.
