  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles over the top of the batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake.
