  • Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
