  • Gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, toss the fresh berries with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar until coated.
  • To assemble the parfaits, spoon a layer of chocolate mousse into the bottom of each serving glass, then add a layer of the sugared berries. Repeat the layers, finishing with a dollop of chocolate mousse on top.
