Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the chicken breasts and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Assemble the panini by placing a slice of cheddar cheese on each slice of sourdough bread. Divide the sliced chicken and avocado evenly between two slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
