Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on one slice of bread.
- Add the tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- Place the other slice of cheddar cheese on top of the tomatoes.
- Cover with the second slice of bread to form a sandwich.
- Spread the butter on the outside of the sandwich.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing in half.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious cheese and tomato sandwich!
