Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
  • Soften 1 quart of vanilla ice cream and spread it evenly over the crust. Place back in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.
  • Pour 1 cup of caramel sauce over the ice cream layer, then sprinkle 1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts on top. Return to the freezer for another 1 hour.
  • Spread 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream over the caramel and nut layer. Drizzle 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup on top.
  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until the cake is completely set.
  • Before serving, remove the cake from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Release the springform pan and transfer the cake to a serving plate. Slice and enjoy!
