Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 1/4 cup of water, and 2 eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
- Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into squares.
