Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In another bowl, toss the chopped apples with 1/4 cup of flour. Spread the apples evenly over the crust in the pan.
  • Drizzle the caramel sauce over the apples.
  • Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top of the caramel and apples.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
