Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly, then set aside.
  • In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
  • Holding each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Repeat the dipping process with the candy melts, using a different color if desired, and drizzle over the white chocolate-coated strawberries.
  • If using, sprinkle the coated strawberries with your choice of sprinkles or crushed nuts before the candy coating sets.
  • Allow the candy coating to set at room temperature for about 10 minutes, or place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to speed up the process.
  • Once the candy coating is set, the candy coated strawberries are ready to be enjoyed!
