Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each one.
- Divide the sliced grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese among the tortillas.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll up tightly, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove toothpicks, slice in half, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
