  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each one.
  • Divide the sliced grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese among the tortillas.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll up tightly, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  • If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove toothpicks, slice in half, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
