Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup of cooked and chopped bacon
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Divide the shredded romaine lettuce evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
- Top the lettuce with the cooked and chopped bacon, followed by the sliced avocado.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the fillings on each tortilla, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll them up tightly to form a wrap.
- If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
