  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 hamburger buns

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to create the BBQ sauce.
  • Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce over the pork, making sure it is evenly coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is very tender and easy to shred with a fork.
  • Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
