  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper.
  • Place the bacon slices on the grill and cook until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
  • Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • During the last minute of grilling, place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  • While the burgers are grilling, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly golden.
  • In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and mayonnaise together to create the BBQ mayo sauce.
