Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to make the herbed butter.
  • Place the cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the herbed butter evenly over the top of each fillet.
  • Place a slice of lemon on top of each fillet.
