Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the two whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each tortilla.
- Place 2 lettuce leaves on each tortilla, covering the surface.
- Layer 2 slices of turkey breast on top of the lettuce on each tortilla.
- Add the sliced avocado and tomato on top of the turkey.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese on each tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
