Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 2 ripe avocados, diced

- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cans of drained tuna, 2 diced ripe avocados, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, and 1/4 cup finely chopped celery.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
