Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves evenly among the tortillas.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place on top of the other ingredients.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly, like a burrito.
- If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
