Instructions

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves evenly among the tortillas.
  • Slice the grilled chicken and place on top of the other ingredients.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly, like a burrito.
  • If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately. Enjoy!
