  • Add 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let it sit for 1 minute.
  • Divide the oatmeal into two bowls.
  • Top each bowl with 1/4 cup of sliced bananas and 1/4 cup of chopped nuts if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
