  • Dip each cheese stick into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Place them on a plate.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the coated cheese sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch each other.
  • Spray the tops of the cheese sticks with cooking spray.
  • Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
