Ingredients
- 6 slices of whole wheat bread
- 6 slices of cooked turkey breast
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- On 2 slices of bread, layer 3 slices of turkey, 2 slices of bacon, avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, and 2 slices of cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of the remaining bread slices and place them on top of the cheese.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and secure each half with toothpicks.
- Serve and enjoy!
