Ingredients
- 3 slices of smoked turkey breast
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 1 slice of tomato
- 1 slice of red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the 2 slices of whole wheat bread on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one slice of bread and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard on the other slice.
- Layer 3 slices of smoked turkey breast, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 1 leaf of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato, and 1 slice of red onion on one slice of bread.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the other slice of bread to form a sandwich.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve.
