Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add 1 cup of chopped M&M's candies and gently fold into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9x9 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of whole M&M's candies on top of the mixture.
  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Once frozen, remove the ice cream from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into bars.
  • Serve and enjoy!
