Ingredients
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of M&M's candies, chopped
- 1/2 cup of M&M's candies, whole
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add 1 cup of chopped M&M's candies and gently fold into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x9 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of whole M&M's candies on top of the mixture.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, remove the ice cream from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into bars.
- Serve and enjoy!
