Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 ripe mango, 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mango mixture into a bowl and stir in 1/4 cup of chia seeds. Mix well to combine.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
