  • Coat each pineapple slice with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  • Place the pineapple slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.
  • Remove the grilled pineapple from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes.
