  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cut side of the bananas.
  • Place the bananas on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
  • Carefully flip the bananas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the bananas are softened.
  • While the bananas are grilling, prepare the chocolate sauce by combining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • To assemble the banana splits, place two grilled banana halves in a bowl or on a plate.
