Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Set aside.
- Toast the 4 slices of bread until golden brown.
- Place the toasted bread on a clean surface and spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each slice.
- On two slices of bread, layer the sliced avocado, cooked bacon, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with lettuce leaves and the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully chop the sandwiches into halves or quarters.
