  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box of vanilla wafers (about 45 cookies)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

  • In a medium bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the pudding.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Enjoy the classic banana pudding!
